METASURFACE (08637) announced that effective March 31, 2026, the founder, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and Board Chairman, Mr. Cai Shuili, has resigned from his position as Chairman. The current Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr. Chen Zhiqiang, has been appointed as the new Board Chairman. Mr. Cai will continue to serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Also effective March 31, 2026, Mr. Chen Zhihong has been appointed as Senior Project Manager. Mr. Chen Zhihong will be responsible for managing the group's client relationships, coordinating its financial, administrative, and production teams, and overseeing general project management matters.
