The board, chaired by Wang Yicheng, “strongly recommends” shareholders and investors access the digital (“Website Version”) report to promote efficient and environmentally friendly communication.

1. Access to Annual Report • The 2026 Annual Report can be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the company’s website and the HKEXnews website. • Both English and Chinese versions have been uploaded simultaneously.

2. Options for Non-Registered Shareholders • Investors whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) may register an email address with their Intermediaries to receive electronic notices of future corporate documents. • Until a valid email address is provided, the company will continue to issue printed notices of publication.

3. Requesting Printed Copies • Non-registered holders who prefer physical documents can complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is supplied; no postage is required within Hong Kong. • Requests may also be submitted via email to 8379-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched promptly and free of charge upon receipt of the request.

4. Future Corporate Communications • The instruction given on the Request Form will apply to all subsequent corporate communications—covering annual, interim and quarterly reports, notices of meeting, circulars and other shareholder materials—until the company’s next financial year-end or until the shareholder provides new written instructions.
