Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (“Pagoda GP”) released its annual results announcement on 26 March 2026, declaring a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.005 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholder approval is still required, and the ex-dividend date, record date, and book-closure period will be announced in due course. The dividend will be distributed on 10 July 2026. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent and the applicable exchange rate will be confirmed closer to the payment date.
