Net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders reached 552 million yuan, representing a growth of 6.33%. Earnings per share were 0.33 yuan. The board has proposed a final dividend of 0.122 yuan per share.

The expressway segment contributed revenue of 1.629 billion yuan to the group, an increase of 1.04% year-on-year. This segment accounted for 55.62% of the total revenue for the year. The energy industry segment generated revenue of 1.3 billion yuan, a slight decrease of 0.27%, making up 44.38% of the total annual revenue.
