10/14

China Zenith Chemical Group Limited (In Compulsory Liquidation) has received notice from the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited confirming that the company’s shares will be removed from the bourse under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. The decision follows the company’s inability to satisfy any of the stipulated Resumption Guidance or resume trading by the 16 September 2026 deadline.

The Exchange has set 16 October 2026 as the last trading day for China Zenith Chemical shares. Effective 9:00 a.m. on 20 October 2026, the listing will be cancelled and the company will cease to be governed by Hong Kong’s Listing Rules.

Share certificates will remain valid; however, they will no longer be tradeable on the Stock Exchange once delisting takes effect. Shareholders with concerns regarding the implications of the cancellation are advised to seek professional advice and exercise caution in any dealings involving the company’s securities.

China Zenith Chemical has been in compulsory liquidation since a High Court winding-up order issued on 17 March 2025. All powers of the board of directors have been suspended, with Osman Mohammed Arab and Lai Wing Lun acting as Joint and Several Liquidators on behalf of the company without personal liability.
