PRIME INTEL (08379) has announced a change in its authorised representative role.

Mr. Ruan Guowei has resigned as a non-executive director of the company and as its authorised representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from August 15, 2026, to dedicate more time to his family.

Mr. Wang Yicheng has been appointed as the authorised representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules, effective from August 15, 2026.
