FIH repurchases 63,000 shares for HKD 1.41 million; treasury stock rises to 5.73 million shares

FIH Mobile Limited (FIH) disclosed that it bought back 63,000 ordinary shares on 24 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase price ranged between HKD 22.20 and HKD 22.50 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 22.38 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.41 million.

Following the transaction, FIH’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.008 percentage points to 782.72 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 5.73 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 788.45 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 78.27 million shares. Including the latest transaction, FIH has repurchased 330,000 shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.042 percent of the company’s issued share count at the mandate date.

All 63,000 shares acquired on 24 June 2026 are being held as treasury shares; no cancellations have yet occurred. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, FIH is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 24 July 2026.
