Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (“Times Electric”, stock code: 03898) has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, following the market-wide paperless initiative that took effect on 31 December 2023.

Effective immediately, English and Chinese versions of future documents—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.tec.crrczic.cc) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default, except for “Actionable Corporate Communications”, which require shareholder instructions on exercising rights or making elections.

To receive actionable documents promptly by email, registered shareholders are urged to provide a valid email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar.

If no functional email address is submitted, Times Electric will continue to send actionable documents in hard copy until updated details are provided. Shareholders preferring printed materials for all communications may opt in via the reply form or by emailing csrzic.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such requests will remain effective for one year from receipt.
