CHINA ORIENTAL (00581) announced that on December 2, 2025, its subsidiary Jinxi Heavy Industry purchased 3.7535 million shares of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. (002438) (representing approximately 0.74% of its issued shares as of the announcement date) through on-market transactions on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The acquisition was executed at an average price of approximately RMB13.85 per share (equivalent to about HKD15.24 per share), with a total consideration of approximately RMB52 million (equivalent to around HKD57.2 million). The transaction will be fully funded by the group's internal resources and settled in cash.
