Huabao International Holdings Limited announced that between 22 May and 16 June 2026 it bought back a total of 4.10 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchases represent approximately 0.13% of the company’s issued share capital at the time the buy-back mandate was granted on 11 May 2026.

All shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 3.51 to HKD 3.80 per share, including 285,000 shares bought on 16 June 2026 at a highest price of HKD 3.52 and a lowest price of HKD 3.50, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.00 million.

Although the shares have been earmarked for cancellation, they had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date. Consequently, Huabao International’s issued share capital remains at 3.23 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.

The current repurchase mandate authorises the company to buy back up to 322.84 million shares. Following the latest transactions, 318.74 million shares—about 9.87% of the existing share capital—remain available for repurchase under this authority. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Huabao International is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 16 July 2026.
