FINSOFT FIN (08018) has announced a change to its board composition, effective from August 24, 2026.

Mr. Hong Ka Hei has stepped down from his role as an independent non-executive director, along with his positions as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee.

In a concurrent move, Mr. Mui Wai Yat has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, also taking on membership in the audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee.
