Annual Report Reveals NAMYUE HOLDINGS Widened Loss by 57.9% to HK$14.23 Million

NAMYUE HOLDINGS (01058) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$71.26 million, representing a decrease of 20% compared to the previous year. The annual net loss was HK$14.23 million, an increase of 57.9% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was HK2.65 cents.

During the year, the group conducted a comprehensive review of all production and operational aspects, actively deepening its business transformation. It shifted its developmental focus to the processing segment. By implementing technological upgrades to unlock production capacity, the group achieved a breakthrough in growth. The annual external processing output reached 34.19 million square feet, marking a significant increase of 80.3% year-on-year. Revenue from the processing business amounted to HK$45.47 million, up 20.4% from the prior year.

Concurrently, the group continued to strengthen long-term cooperation with its core processing clients. Front-end orders remained ample, and the customer structure became more stable. The external processing business has emerged as a crucial pillar for stabilizing the group's revenue stream.

In terms of business expansion, the group proactively explored potential with existing clients, assisting them in process research and development to solidify cooperative relationships. These efforts are aimed at further increasing processing volume and diversifying revenue sources, thereby laying a foundation for stable operations.
