Shanghai Ruijun Asset Management Co., Ltd. has increased its shareholding in GLMS SEC (01456), according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

On September 11, the asset manager acquired 1.998 million additional shares at an average price of HK$3.8113 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$7.615 million.

Following this purchase, Shanghai Ruijun's aggregate holdings in the company have risen to 27.4215 million shares, representing a 6.2% stake in the total issued share capital.
