Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (02342) has filed its monthly return for the period ended Sep, 30 2026, confirming that its capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) stood steady at 3.126 billion, while treasury shares were unchanged at 8.232 million, leaving the total issued share capital at 3.134 billion shares. Authorised share capital remained at 5 billion shares with an aggregate nominal value of roughly 90 million Singapore dollars.

No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were cancelled, transferred or sold. The firm reported 25,000 outstanding options under its May, 22 2023 share-option scheme, with no options exercised in September.
