Shenzhen LDROBOT Co., Ltd. (LDROBOT) announced that its H-shares will be added to the Hang Seng Composite Index (HSCI) following the quarterly review released by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited on 21 August 2026. The inclusion becomes effective on 7 September 2026.

Entry into the HSCI automatically qualifies LDROBOT’s shares for trading through both the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programmes, giving mainland investors direct access to the stock.

The Board stated that index inclusion signals strong market recognition of the company’s performance and value. Management expects the move to diversify the shareholder base, broaden investor reach and enhance market visibility.

Chairman Zhou Wei reaffirmed the company’s strategic focus on core-business development, continued technological innovation, and long-term sustainable growth to create enduring shareholder value.
