Zhejiang Expressway has circulated a reply slip for its 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (ASM), enabling holders of H and Domestic shares to confirm attendance or appoint a proxy.

The ASM is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at 5/F, No. 2 Mingzhu International Business Center, 199 Wuxing Road, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

Eligible shareholders should complete and return the reply slip—by post or fax (+86-571-8795 0329)—to Room 501 at the same address by 5 May 2026. Failure to submit the slip does not affect a shareholder’s right to attend.

The company reiterates that signatures are required for confirmation, and shareholders must delete either “H Share(s)” or “Domestic Share(s)” as appropriate on the form. No additional agenda items or financial figures were disclosed in this notice.
