Yeebo Announces Board Reshuffle: Leung Retires, John Chan Joins as Executive Director

Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited disclosed that Mr. Leung Tze Kuen retired as Executive Director at the conclusion of the 24 August 2026 annual general meeting. According to the filing, Mr. Leung chose not to seek re-election in order to dedicate more time to his family. He confirmed having no outstanding claims against the company and reported no disagreement with the Board.

Effective the same day, Mr. Chan Kwok Kit, John, aged 49, has been appointed as an Executive Director. Mr. Chan brings 26 years of experience in direct investment, capital raising and investment banking across Greater China and Asia, including senior roles at China Everbright Limited–sponsored private-equity funds and prior positions at ABN AMRO and Macquarie Group. He holds Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Mr. Chan signed a three-year service agreement and will receive annual remuneration of HK$1.80 million, subject to periodic review by the Remuneration Committee. He has declared no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders, and no interests in the company’s shares under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Following these changes, Yeebo’s Board now comprises six directors: three executive directors—Mr. Fang Yan Tak, Douglas; Ms. Fan Shengyan; and Mr. Chan Kwok Kit, John—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chu Chi Wai, Allan; Mr. Lau Yuen Sun, Adrian; and Prof. Lau Kei May.
