ContiOcean (02613) has released an announcement concerning its financial performance for the first half of 2026.

Based on a preliminary review of the group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ending June 30, 2026, and considering the information currently available to the board, the company expects to record a net profit in the range of approximately RMB 17 million to RMB 23 million for this interim period.

This projected figure represents a substantial increase of approximately 178.7% to 277.0% compared to the net profit of about RMB 6.1 million achieved in the corresponding period of 2025.

The anticipated significant rise in net profit is primarily attributed to two key factors.

Firstly, the group has commenced receiving orders for new products, including shaft generator systems and plate heat exchangers, which began contributing to revenue during the first half of 2026.

Secondly, several long-cycle orders that were deferred from 2025 were successfully delivered in the first half of 2026.
