The corresponding contract sales area for the month was around 325,200 square meters, which is an increase of approximately 33.0% compared to the same period last year.

For the cumulative period from January to May 2026, the company's total contract sales amounted to roughly RMB 37.014 billion. This marks a decrease of about 27.0% year-on-year. The total contracted sales area for the first five months reached approximately 1.2095 million square meters, showing a slight increase of around 3.5% compared to the previous year.
