South China Vocational Education Group Company Limited (SCVE Group) announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”) are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.scvedugroup.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—defined as investors holding shares through CCASS—may obtain printed versions by completing the enclosed Request Form and mailing it to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

The request for printed materials will cover all future corporate communications unless shareholders inform the registrar otherwise or cease to hold SCVE Group shares. For enquiries, shareholders can contact the hotline at (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
