(9911) has announced a change to its corporate logo, stating that relevant corporate documents, including future interim and annual reports, announcements, and notices, will bear the new design. Existing share certificates featuring the old logo remain valid, and no arrangements will be made for exchanging these for those bearing the new logo.

In addition, supplemental details on “The NBT RSU Scheme” for the year ended 31 December 2024 reveal that the number of shares that may be issued in respect of the awards granted during that year was 2.21% of the weighted average number of shares (excluding treasury shares). All shares granted under these awards have been issued and transferred to the trustee as of 31 December 2024. The new information does not alter any other details contained in the 2024 Annual Report.
