China Life Insurance Company Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 August 2026 to review and approve the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to address other corporate matters.

The notice, dated 17 August 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Heng Victor Ja Wei, lists the current board composition as follows: Executive Directors – Cai Xiliang, Li Mingguang, Liu Hui, and Ruan Qi; Non-executive Directors – Hu Jin, Hu Rong, and Niu Kailong; Independent Non-executive Directors – Lam Chi Kuen, Zhai Haitao, Chen Jie, and Lu Feng; Employee Representative Director – Li Wei.

The scheduled meeting will finalize and release the insurer’s interim performance for the first half of 2026, which will provide shareholders with updated information on the company’s financial health and operational progress.
