CHINA WOOD INT (01822) has released its full-year results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The Group reported revenue of HK$272 million, a decrease of 23.65% compared to the previous year. The net loss attributable to owners of the company was approximately HK$30.8 million, a shift from profit to loss year-on-year. The basic loss per share was 3.99 HK cents.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was primarily due to a decline in turnover from the timber-related business, which fell from approximately HK$355 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, to about HK$251 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. Additionally, revenue contribution from the food and beverage business amounted to approximately HK$21.6 million.
