The Chinese and English versions of EB ENVIRONMENT’s 2026 Interim Report are now available on the company’s website (www.cebenvironment.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed copies will receive them in accordance with existing arrangements.

Shareholders may, at any time, request to change their method of receiving future corporate communications—either electing electronic access only or requesting printed copies—by notifying the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, through post, hand delivery, or email (257-ecom@vistra.com).

If shareholders experience difficulty accessing documents online after choosing the website version, the company will provide printed copies free of charge upon request. All subsequent corporate communications, in both Chinese and English, will remain continuously accessible on the company and HKEX websites, with printed versions available on demand.
