BRC Asia Limited announced that Mr. Zhang Xingwang will cease to be an Executive Director on Jul, 20 2026, while Ms. Lee Chun Fun will join the board as an Executive Director on the same date.

Following these changes, the board will consist of: Teo Ser Luck (Chairman and Independent Director); Seah Kiin Peng (Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer); Xu Jiguo (Executive Director and Group Chief Procurement Officer); Lee Chun Fun (Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer); Chang Pui Yook, Joel Leong Kum Hoe and Toh Kian Sing (Independent Directors); and Darrell Lim Chee Lek, Kwek Pei Xuan and Stephen Ho Kiam Kong (Non-Independent, Non-Executive Directors).

The company said there are no changes to its board committees.
