ZCZL (00564) announced its intention to implement a dual-drive development strategy integrating industrial operations and investments. To establish a comprehensive capital operation system encompassing equity investments, venture incubation, industrial ecosystem development, and M&A integration, the company plans to invest RMB 10 million of its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengzhou ZCZL Future Investment Management Co., Ltd.
Additionally, the company will act as a limited partner contributing RMB 299 million, while Zhengzhou ZCZL Future Investment Management Co., Ltd. will serve as a general partner investing RMB 1 million to form ZCZL (Zhengzhou) Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to official registration approval). This entity will specialize in external investment activities.
Aligned with ZCZL’s 5-10 year development strategy, this new industrial investment platform aims to drive external investments, facilitate industrial upgrades, identify and nurture a "second growth curve," and achieve sustained high-quality growth for the listed company.
In line with national strategic priorities and its own development roadmap, the platform will focus on three key investment directions: 1. Strengthening supply chain resilience and global competitiveness by investing in critical upstream/downstream enterprises within ZCZL’s core business, supporting major technological equipment R&D. 2. Expanding into strategic emerging industries, particularly new energy, advanced materials, semiconductors, aerospace, robotics, and intelligent equipment—synergizing with national industrial policy frameworks. 3. Enhancing internal innovation ecosystems through dedicated investment vehicles that accelerate commercialization of incubated technologies, fostering a complete "lab-to-market" innovation chain.
The investment strategy combines portfolio approaches targeting both industrial chain synergies and emerging sectors.
