TradeGo FinTech Limited (the 「Company」), together with its subsidiaries (the 「Group」), will convene a board meeting on 6 November 2025. The meeting will address the unaudited interim results of the Group for the six months ended 30 September 2025 and its publication, as well as consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any.

The announcement was issued on 24 October 2025. The Group is chaired by LIU Yong, who serves as an Executive Director alongside other executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive Directors.
