Elate Holdings Limited (076) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elate Graphite Limited, and Goldpay Limited have terminated their cooperation in a blockchain voucher project. The original agreement, dated 10 October 2025, aimed to have Goldpay issue utility blockchain vouchers to promote product sales for Elate Graphite Limited.

According to the announcement, Goldpay requested termination due to an adjustment in its strategy for selecting partner companies’ places of registration. A termination agreement was signed on 3 November 2025, ending all related projects with immediate effect. No funds had been paid by any individual or company for buying, selling, holding, or transacting in the vouchers, and both parties waived any rights to potential claims against each other.
