GRC Limited said on Nov, 11 2025 that its subsidiary, GRC Buxton Pty Ltd, has secured a building works contract worth about 32.2 million Singapore dollars from Launch Housing Ltd.

The contract covers the design and construction of “Dandelion Site 19”, a 12-storey social housing building with 70 apartments, one basement level, communal amenities, car parking and landscaping in Dandenong, Victoria, Australia.

Construction will run for 18 months, starting in the last quarter of 2025. GRC Limited expects the project to contribute positively to its net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026.

The board added that none of its directors or substantial shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the contract beyond their existing roles and shareholdings in the company.
