Shenzhen International Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated 20 April 2026 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”), and the standalone 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available on both the company website (www.szihl.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The issuer emphasises an environmentally friendly approach by encouraging shareholders to access the documents electronically. Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies—or who wish to change language or delivery preferences for future corporate communications—can submit a completed change request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 152-ecom@vistra.com.

While the ESG Report is distributed exclusively in electronic format, printed copies can be requested in writing using the same registrar contact details.
