On 10 September 2026, Playmates Holdings Limited issued a letter to new registered shareholders outlining options for receiving future corporate communications, including the newly released 2026 Interim Report.

Shareholders may elect one of four delivery methods: 1) access documents via the company website with either e-mail or printed notification; 2) receive printed English versions only; 3) receive printed Chinese versions only; or 4) receive both printed English and Chinese versions.

The company encourages selection of the website option to reduce printing and mailing costs and to support environmental objectives. A completed reply form must be returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited by 9 October 2026. Shareholders who do not respond by the deadline will be deemed to have consented to web-based access only, receiving notifications of publication rather than printed copies.

Language preference and delivery method can be changed at any time by written notice or e-mail to the registrar. All future corporate communications will be available on both the Playmates website (www.playmates.net) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkex.com.hk).
