Feishang Anthracite Resources Limited (Stock Code: 01738) announced that as of 31 October 2025, the total authorized share capital remained at HKD 100,000,000, represented by 100,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.001 each. The number of issued shares also remained unchanged at 1,380,545,800 with no treasury shares.

According to the announcement, the share option scheme currently allows for a maximum of 138,054,580 shares to be issued upon exercise of the outstanding options, and no changes in share or option movements were recorded for the reporting period.
