United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) announced on Oct, 31 2025 that 20,600 ordinary shares were transferred from its Singapore Exchange listing to its Australian Securities Exchange register.

Following the move, the ASX register holds 348,039,915 shares, up from 348,019,315, while the SGX register holds 1,349,611,354 shares, down from 1,349,631,954.

The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,697,651,269 shares.
