Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (688019.SH) has taken a significant step toward its international expansion by filing a confidential application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance and listing of H-shares.
The company announced on September 2, 2026, that it had submitted the application documents in a confidential manner to the Hong Kong bourse. This move marks a key milestone in the semiconductor materials maker's plan to raise capital through a dual listing in Hong Kong.
As part of the process, Anji Microelectronics will also be required to complete the filing procedures with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, which is a mandatory step for mainland Chinese companies seeking offshore listings.
The confidential filing allows the company to proceed with its listing plans while keeping sensitive commercial information private during the initial review phase, a common practice among companies pursuing H-share listings.
