MaxWin International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Li Rengang stepped down as executive director effective 15 May 2026 to pursue personal interests. The company confirmed Mr. Li has no disagreements with the board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Consequently, ordinary resolution 2(a)—which sought Mr. Li’s re-election—has been removed from the agenda of the 29 May 2026 annual general meeting (AGM). All other resolutions in the AGM notice and proxy form will proceed unchanged; votes cast on the withdrawn resolution will not be counted.

Following the change, the board now comprises three executive directors—Mr. Phua Swee Hoe (Chairman), Ms. Xu Bin and Mr. Yang Qijun—and three independent non-executive directors: Ms. Chen Yihua, Prof. Cheung Ka Yue and Mr. Fu Sze On.
