XtalPi Holdings Limited (stock code: 02228) has appointed Mr. Zhou Feiran as Chief Financial Officer, effective 10 March 2026, according to a voluntary announcement released by the Board of Directors.

Mr. Zhou brings more than 12 years of capital-markets and M&A experience in the global healthcare sector. From 2020 to 2026 he served at J.P. Morgan, rising to Executive Director within the Global Healthcare Investment Banking division. Prior roles include Vice President in Global Healthcare Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2015-2020), as well as positions at a multinational private-equity fund and the advisory division of KPMG Huazhen LLP.

Mr. Zhou holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tongji University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (China) and a Chartered Financial Analyst charter-holder.

The Board—comprising Executive Directors Dr. Wen Shuhao (Chairman), Dr. Ma Jian, Dr. Lai Lipeng and Dr. Jiang Yide Alan, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Ms. Chan Wing Ki and Mr. Chow Ming Sang—extended a formal welcome to Mr. Zhou on his appointment.
