Anhui Expressway Co Ltd (HKEX: 00995) has announced that its board of directors, in accordance with regulatory approvals, intends to issue the first tranche of publicly offered corporate bonds in China. The total principal amount will not exceed RMB 800 million.

The 2026 first tranche of corporate bonds will be offered in two varieties. The first variety has a three-year term, while the second variety has a five-year term.

These bonds will be issued to professional investors as defined under the "Measures for the Administration of the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds," with the issuance period set for July 29, 2026, to July 30, 2026. The final results of the issuance are scheduled to be announced on July 30, 2026.
