TAT HONG EQUIP (02153) announced that on August 15, 2025, Huaxingdafeng (as the buyer and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a purchase agreement with China National Nuclear Corporation (as the seller) for a total consideration of approximately RMB 53.17 million. The purchased assets comprise 76 tower cranes and related supporting components. The machinery to be acquired under the purchase agreement will be utilized for the general and daily operations of the group's tower crane solution services business. As the group actively responds to the national initiative to vigorously develop clean energy and follows market development trends and potential, focusing on nuclear power and other clean energy projects, the procurement of tower cranes and related supporting components represents a necessary arrangement.
