YS DIGIFAVOR Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary and Appointment of New Authorised Representative

Yinsheng Digifavor Company Limited (YS DIGIFAVOR) reported that Ms. Wong Wai Ling has tendered her resignation as Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05 and Part 16 Process Agent, effective 30 March 2026. Ms. Wong stated she has no disagreement with the Board, and no matters require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Following her departure, current Joint Company Secretary Mr. Hung Hing Hung will assume sole responsibilities as Company Secretary and Process Agent. Concurrently, Mr. Hung has been appointed as the company’s new Authorised Representative, effective the same date.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Wong’s contributions during her tenure.
