Peijia Medical Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and compliance with Hong Kong public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 0.10 million. No adjustments were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital closed July unchanged at 674.74 million ordinary shares, and Peijia Medical continued to hold no treasury shares. As a result, the company remained fully compliant with the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent public-float threshold.

Equity incentive activity was muted. Under the 2019 Share Option Plan, 26.75 million options were outstanding with no grants, exercises or cancellations. The 2020 Share Option Scheme reported a lapse of 246,486 options, reducing its outstanding balance to 6.46 million. Across both schemes, 33.22 million options are now outstanding, with no new share issuances and no proceeds raised during the month.

Peijia Medical confirmed there were no warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements in effect, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were issued. The filing, dated 4 August 2026, was signed by Director Yi Zhang.
