IMOTIONTECH (01274) has announced that its board of directors has considered and approved the nomination of Dr. Shao Jun as a candidate for independent non-executive director of the second board of directors. A general resolution regarding this matter will be submitted to an extraordinary general meeting for review and approval. Dr. Shao's term will commence from the date of approval at the extraordinary general meeting and will last until the end of the second board of directors' term. He will be eligible for re-election upon the expiration of his term.
