Glory Flame Holdings Limited has published its Annual Report 2025 and Environmental, Social and Governance Report 2025. Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company website (www.gf-holdings.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notification, dated 27 March 2026, invites registered shareholders to access the reports online and details procedures for obtaining printed copies free of charge. Shareholders may select any of the following options at any time: 1) printed English version only, 2) printed Chinese version only, or 3) both printed versions.

Requests should be submitted to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, located at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. A pre-addressed mailing label is provided for domestic postage, and scans of the completed request form may also be emailed to info@gf-holdings.com.

The company encourages shareholders to supply a functional email address. Without one on record, shareholders will receive notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form until an email address is provided.

Corporate communications referenced include directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, quarterly reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Actionable corporate communications cover documents that require shareholder instructions regarding the exercise of their rights.
