EDA GROUP HLDGS (02505) has announced that Ernst & Young will retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026. Following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Zhonghui Anda as the company's new auditor.
