Mr. Wei Chang intends to resign from his positions as Vice President and CTO due to personal reasons. His original term as Vice President and CTO was set to expire at the conclusion of the company's fifth board of directors term. Following his departure, Mr. Wei Chang will not hold any other positions within the company. His resignation will take effect on May 29, 2026.
