MEDTIDE (03880) announces that Mr. Li Zhongcheng has tendered his resignation as (i) joint company secretary; (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) representative for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from September 26, 2025. Following Mr. Li's resignation, Mr. Wu Dongcheng has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, effective from September 26, 2025. Ms. Li Lingmei will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
