RH Petrogas Limited announced that the estate of its late controlling shareholder, Tan Sri Datuk Sir Tiong Hiew King, who passed away in Nov, 2025, is currently under administration.

The company said the shares held by the deceased—primarily through various investment holding entities that together constitute the controlling shareholders—remain unchanged at this point.

RH Petrogas added that it will inform shareholders of any change in its controlling shareholding after the estate administration is completed and the shares are transmitted to the beneficiaries.

The update was issued on Mar, 4 2026 by Group CEO and Executive Director Chang Cheng-Hsing Francis.
