China's Ministry of Commerce announced a decision to extend the investigation period for the anti-dumping case involving pea starch imported from Canada.
According to the regulations under the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry initiated an anti-dumping investigation into pea starch originating from Canada on August 12, 2025, through Announcement No. 41 of 2025.
Due to the complexity of the case, the Ministry has decided to extend the investigation deadline to February 12, 2027, in accordance with Article 26 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations. The decision was officially published on July 31, 2026.
