China Tangshang Holdings Limited has released its 2026 Annual Report together with the standalone 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.ts674.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Chen Weiwu, is encouraging shareholders to prioritise the web-based documents, which are available free of charge and can be downloaded at any time. For stakeholders unable to retrieve the digital files or wishing to keep physical documentation, hard-copy reports will be provided upon request.

Non-registered shareholders may obtain printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is supplied for local returns; alternatively, requests can be emailed to 674-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors holding shares via banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries are reminded to supply a valid email address to those parties should they prefer electronic notifications in future. Without a functional email on record, notification of new publications will continue to be sent in printed form.
