China Boton repurchases 0.26 million shares, reducing free float by 0.02%

China Boton Group Company Limited executed an on-market share repurchase on 25 June 2026, buying back 264,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging between HKD 2.33 and HKD 2.42 per share. The transaction cost totalled HKD 0.63 million, equivalent to an average price of roughly HKD 2.37 per share.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1,078.11 million to 1,077.85 million shares, a decrease of 0.02%. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance increased from 2.40 million to 2.67 million shares.

The transaction was carried out under the repurchase mandate granted on 22 May 2026, which allows the company to buy back up to 108.05 million shares. With 0.26 million shares repurchased to date, approximately 99.76% of the authorised quota remains available.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, China Boton is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 25 July 2026.
