JIANGSU EXPRESS (HKG: 00177) has announced that it, along with Zijin Trust and its other existing shareholders, has reached an agreement on the transaction plan and equity arrangements for a capital increase, and has signed a capital increase agreement on June 9, 2026. Prior to this capital injection, the registered capital of Zijin Trust was approximately 3.271 billion yuan. Following the capital increase, Zijin Trust's registered capital will rise to approximately 4 billion yuan, representing an increase in registered capital of about 729 million yuan. Of this amount, JIANGSU EXPRESS will contribute 500 million yuan.
